Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
- Toileting
- Medication Reminders
- Hygiene/Grooming
Notes: Client has age related memory loss. Client tends to ask a lot of questions. Enjoys TV game shows, puzzles and Wii bowling. Reminders needed for physical therapy exercises.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
